The travel agency Aurea International is based in the town of Krk. Aurea was founded in 1990 and is one of the oldest travel agencies on the island.

The agency offers wide range of services, from private accommodation in apartments and Krk hotel accommodation to Island Krk tours and excursions, boat trips via their own fleet of boats, wakeboard holiday package, group trip arrangements, diving, accommodation transfers and car hire.

With almost 300 apartments in private accommodation and close to 10 hotels on its books, Aurea is one of larger agencies on Krk Island.

Its director, Mrs Svjetlana Volaric is also active in Krk City tourist board where she has served number of years as its president.
